- Masterflex에서 새롭게 공급하기 시작한 본 제품은 튜브의 내부와 외부 재질이 서로 다른 두 재질을 조합하여 만들었습니다.
- 내벽은 수소성의 특징을 갖고 있어, 내부를 흐르는 유체가 스며들거나 흡착되지 않아 여러 번의 이송의 반복에서도 유체의 양이 유지됩니다.
- 외부의 유연한 재질은 펌프에 적용 시, 오랜 사용 수명을 보장하게 됩니다.
- 테스트 결과, 0 psi에서 100rpm의 조건일 때 13,000시간 이상을 사용할 수 있었습니다.
- 내화학성이 뛰어난 내부 재질과 유연함이 뛰어난 외부 재질의 조합으로 펌프에 적용되는 유사한 제품들 중에서 사용 시간이 많이 길어졌습니다.
- 내압성이 뛰어나서 내구성이 좋고, 사용 수명도 매우 깁니다.
- 낮은 파쇄율은 정량 연동 펌프에 적용할 때, 그 장점이 빛을 발하며 튜브 내벽의 라이닝 부분은 가소제를 사용하지 않았습니다.
- 절연체이며, FDA 및 USP ClassⅥ 기준을 충족합니다.
- EtO와 Autoclave 멸균이 가능하며 가용 온도 범위는 -60 ~ 74℃입니다.
